Returns and refunds

The returns window has not been published yet. Contact the store before sending an item back. Do not assume a number of days.

If a Paystack payment is cancelled by the store after it has been captured, the store sends a Paystack refund for that charge. Offline payments recorded by an admin are refunded by the store outside Paystack. A failed Paystack refund does not mark the payment as refunded.
